The future will see a focus on the following key community development initiatives:
1. Enhance the capacity of Camp Maple Leaf by developing a Family Camp to support Canadian Military Families, and by implementing a resource committee Friends of Camp Maple Leaf
2. Promote positive youth development through the creation of a new social/recreation program
3. Enhance the capacity of the organization through Banyan Non-Profit Management Services to include fee-for-service consulting, management, and direct service to external organizations.
